The house, which dates back to the early 1500’s, lies on the bank of the River Kensey on the Cornwall/ Devon border about 1 mile outside the historic market town of Launceston. With beamed ceilings and many original features, St Leonards House is a haven of relaxation and luxury.
St Leonard's has been extensively refurbished by the current owners John and Jane Marshall to provide three luxurious letting rooms. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with antique furniture and many antique prints as well as hand-made tapestries sewn by Jane.
